一、Insurable Interest 可保利益 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

什么叫 Insurable Interest?

简单说:

你必须因为这个东西的损失而遭受经济损失,才有可保利益。

例如:

你拥有一栋房子:

房子被烧掉 → 你损失 $500,000
✅ 有 Insurable Interest

你邻居的房子被烧掉:

邻居损失 $500,000,你没有经济损失

虽然通常房主具有可保利益,但不一定非要拥有财产才有可保利益

Subrogation

⚠️ 最大陷阱

Subrogation 的权利通常来自:

六、Contribution 分摊原则 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

这个和 Subrogation 很容易混。

假设:

同一辆财产同时由两家保险公司承保:

发生:

$40,000 loss

如果两张保单都适用,通常不能让客户拿:

  • B赔 $40,000
    = $80,000

而是:

八、Peril 危险事故
